Calculating shipping charges

Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries*

  • Delivery within 3 to 5 business days
  • No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO*

We charge a single flat fee of $8.00 for each shipment, plus an additional, smaller fee of $1.00 for each item/quantity in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Flat fee Per-Shipment Cost) + (Per-Item Cost * number of items ordered)

Example: For orders of 3 items/quantity, the shipping charges will be: $8.00+ ($1.00 multiply by 3) = $11.00

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days depending on the day of the week that order was received. Our estimated shipping dates are based on destination address, the shipping options you’ve chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we’re able to ship to you.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you’ve chosen.

For example, if you order an item that is listed as “Usually ships in 2-3 days” and select standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.

What if I want to get my items faster?

Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability). If you want to change your shipping speed after placing the order, email us.

If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day?

Selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

Orders shipped via a trackable method will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, or garage.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at service@nutraprointl.com

We reserve the right to change shipping charges at any time without affecting your current orders.

We cannot be responsible for damages that occur in shipping, however, we package our shipments very carefully to avoid problems. If you have a question about your order, please don’t hesitate to email us.

Shipping to a P.O. box
Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

Due to restrictions on international shipment of food, NutraPro International® LLC only ships to the addresses within the US.
